Meet OUR Executives

Michael McLennon, CEO

A seasoned veteran of the Armed Forces, Mike, as he’s fondly referred by, has served our nation on and off the battlefield. He’s a Brooklyn native, where he grew up and attended public school. He also earned a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude).

In 1984, he joined the United States Air Force where he was at the frontier of several ground-breaking pursuits.
After 21 Years of service, he retired in 2007. As a civilian, he has worked for the Department of Homeland Security since 2008, first as a COMSEC custodian, then he was put in charge of installing a classified network throughout the United States. He went on to become a Certified Insider Threat Specialist as well as a Subject Matter Expert in Digital and Mobile Forensics.

Mike has a very active family life with his wife, Stacie, and has raised a total of 8 children. He also likes to work with his hands and takes on small home projects. At his leisure, he likes to fish and spend time with his grandchildren.

Roland Omidiora, CFO

Originally born in Lagos Nigeria, Roland traveled to United States when he was only 1 year old with his mother, who raised him in a loving home. Here, he lived in the DMV area for most of his life and also went to school here. After high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps in 1990 and left with a Honorable discharge in 1998.

His journey in IT begun in 1995 and it’s persisted till present day. Roland started as Help Desk Support, laying cable and troubleshooting. His journey carried him into Network and Computer Forensics. His pursuits to hone his technical knowledge and skills span decades and is responsible for his comprehensive understanding of IT integration and operations. Roland has been working for the US Government for 14 years – first as a contractor, then as a Federal employee. As a technical powerhouse, Roland has received various industry certifications for Routing and Switching, Cybersecurity, Network, and Computer Forensics from notable certifying bodies like Cisco, CheckPoint, Juniper, and Microsoft. He’s also served as an instructor for several CompTIA, Cisco and Microsoft certs.

Roland has raised three wonderful kids over 3 decades. When he’s not in the office, Roland is either traveling, hiking, or working on his model car with his son.
